The vegetables that reach their optimum moment in spring are the artichokes, Swiss chard, spinach and leeks. It is also the season for lettuce, radishes, onions and carrots. Fruits with great availability in spring are strawberries, plums, apricots, cherries and blueberries.
The season of heat and sun is the time of great variety of refreshing fruits such as pears, melon, watermelon, raspberry and blackberry. In summer, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, squash, zucchini and beets are harvested.

There are also fruits and vegetables that, depending on their reproductive cycle or the place where they are grown, can be found perfect all year round such as lemon, banana, avocado, mango, pineapple and kiwi.
