We are an organic tapas bar in Malaga. We do not have a fryer and our cuisine is based on organic and seasonal foods. Our guests can taste authentic flavors and see our cuisine from the table.
We are a different restaurant with a strong personality. We flee from artifices, from sauces that mask the products and we respect the raw material.
Vision and mission
Our goal is to serve original and tasty dishes. All the foods we use are 100% organic and seasonal. The menu and the menu of the day are based on the offer of products of each season that we buy directly from trusted producers.
The fruit and vegetables are from the Guadalhorce area. The meat comes from an organic chicken, turkey and veal farm in Seville. Dairy products and dry products such as rice, pulses or cereals come from Galicia, Madrid and Barcelona with an organic certificate.
Our cuisine fuses the characteristic flavors of the Mediterranean diet with the Asian flavors characteristic of Korean dishes.
